From an open question to an answer

01

Record the question

Write the precise question, the evidence already checked and who needs the answer.

02

Review on a cycle

Set a priority, owner and review date. The Summary shows what is unresolved or past its review date.

03

Resolve with evidence

Mark a question Resolved only when the answering evidence is recorded and reviewed.

What’s included

TabWhat it supports
Question Log13 columns matching the Evidence Gaps tab of the Stakeholder Strategy and Engagement System, with record checks.
SummaryQuestions recorded, ready, needing attention, unresolved and past their review date, by status and priority.
ListsEditable Priority and Status choices.
GuideSteps, field definitions, capacity, colour key and confidentiality note.
Next stepHow to move your rows into the full system.

Prepared capacity: 200 questions.

All cells are editable. Amber cells hold manual inputs; blue-grey cells hold formulas. Overwriting a formula removes its calculation. Clear the four fictional rows with Clear Contents before use.

Part of a larger system

This small file is built from the Evidence Gaps tab of the Stakeholder Strategy and Engagement System. Its columns match, so you can copy your rows into the full system later and link each question to objectives, stakeholders, engagements, insights and actions.

What to know before use

Summary counts cover all prepared rows and are not changed by table filters. Record checks find duplicate IDs, missing required fields and questions marked Resolved without resolution evidence; they do not judge the quality of the evidence. No macros, notifications or system integration.

Who is this workbook for?

MSLs and Medical Affairs managers who need one place to track open scientific questions raised through insights and scientific exchange. Agree local definitions, roles and review timing before use.

Does Resolved mean the science is settled?

No. Resolved records the team’s reviewed judgement that recorded evidence answers the question as written. Evidence quality still requires professional review.

Which software and purchase terms apply?

The file format is .xlsx. Application-specific compatibility, prices, licence terms, refunds, support and update arrangements will be confirmed before sales open.
